Kyler Lunt
VP of Operations

Kyler Lunt is a seasoned telecommunication professional with more than 20 years of experience turning complex fiber projects into successful realities. His career has taken him from drafting to design, project management, and ultimately senior leadership, where he currently serves as VP of Operations.

As VP of Operations, Kyler leads a talented team of employees and multiple subcontractors across fielding, project management, and design. He oversees day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, manages profitability, and pursues new business opportunities. Whether it’s solving complex project challenges, coordinating teams, or juggling deadlines, Kyler thrives on keeping projects moving forward—preferably on schedule, but with enough experience to know that telecom likes to keep everyone humble.

When he’s not helping build tomorrow’s telecommunications infrastructure, Kyler has another full-time job: keeping up with his family. He and his wife have been happily married for over 16 years and are the proud parents of five children and two grandchildren—proof that managing telecom projects isn’t the only place where multitasking is required.

Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Kyler on the golf course, camping, or making memories with his family. His golf game, much like construction schedules, occasionally requires a little flexibility—but he remains optimistic that both will eventually stay on track.

KC Lunt
VP of Operations

KC brings more than 30 years of telecom experience to the table, and there’s not much he hasn’t seen, solved, or somehow managed to make work in the world of telecom. His experience spans the entire operation, from field work, drafting, design, and permitting to personnel management and senior leadership.

Over the years, KC has earned a reputation as one of those go-to problem solvers. When a challenge pops up, it’s not uncommon to hear, “Better ask KC.” He enjoys digging into the problem, finding a solution, and helping the team keep moving forward.

His goal is simple: keep leveling up, both as a leader and as a person, while helping the company grow, improve, and continue leading the industry. What does he enjoy most about the job? Showing up every day, working alongside a team that wants to excel, and being part of something bigger than himself.

When KC finally steps away from the desk, you’ll most likely find him on a golf course, either playing for fun or competitively. ⛳ He’s happily married and the proud dad of three boys. Two are out in the world doing their own thing, while one is still at home keeping life interesting.

Kimberly Brown
HR Manager

Kimberly holds a BA in Forensic Psychology, a degree that helps her navigate her many roles at BRiK. Whether she is acting as the HR Manager, Office Manager, or stepping in as Janitor, she is accustomed to wearing multiple hats-thankfully none of them require solving actual crimes.

With over 20 years in the HR world, she is dedicated to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and occasionally amused. Her mission: retain great people, advocate for quality benefits, and keep improving employee experience while balancing company needs that empower staff & keep the workplace running smoothly.

Outside of work, Kimberly’s two adult children and three rescue dogs keep her life wonderfully busy & ensure that she rarely gets the chance to sit still. She enjoys DIY projects around the house and yard, decorating for every holiday like it is a competitive sport, attending plays and watching football with the enthusiasm of someone who believes that her cheering influences the score.

Jessie Robertson
Permit Manager

Jessie is our Permit Manager who oversees the Permitting Department and is responsible for the research, submitting and tracking of all permits associated with each job. Jessie started in the industry knowing very little but with hard work and dedication has reached 10 years of knowledgeable experience and leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, riding her horses and just enjoying the beautiful, great outdoors!
